We see the ingenuity of the creative process and the creative potential within each person. We believe that art can be a multi-faceted experience and as a collective, we hope to contribute to the movement of a more creatively oriented society.
How Art Is The Movement Supports Artists
Art Is The Movement sees the ingenuity of the creative process and the creative potential within each person. We understand that craft lays dormant without creative exercise, dedication, and motivation. Art Is The Movement is the solution to keep artists moving by providing a platform for artists to exhibit their portfolios, representing their work, and supporting their creative visions. Whether you’re a full time artist, freelancer, or hobbyist, AITM wants to support your creative visions and bolster your career.
Member Benefits
Each artist will have:
-a profile page on the Art Is The Movement website
-the ability to sell their works on the public Marketplace
-access to the community forum to show work samples, ask for project guidance, or even a book recommendation
-access to the Gigs and Calls board with exclusive job listings, open calls, and residencies
-use their voice as a rotating guest contributor on the AITM blog What’s Moving Us Today
-access to monthly Zoom meetings where artists can hold group critiques, brainstorm sessions, and portfolio reviews
